Service: Platform Audit & Feasibility Assessment

1. Service Overview

Dovito Business Solutions will conduct a comprehensive audit of Client’s application concept, prototype, or existing codebase to assess technical feasibility, provide development cost estimates, and establish a realistic project timeline.

2. Scope of Work

2.1 Discovery & Analysis

  • Review all materials provided by Client, including but not limited to:
    • Source code and codebase
    • Design mockups and wireframes
    • Project documentation and notes
    • User stories and feature requirements
    • Any other relevant project materials

2.2 Technical Assessment

  • Evaluate current technical architecture and code quality
  • Identify technical dependencies and integration requirements
  • Assess scalability and performance considerations
  • Review security implications and best practices
  • Identify potential technical risks and mitigation strategies

2.3 Functional Analysis

  • Document all intended functionality and features
  • Map user stories and user flows
  • Identify gaps between current state and desired functionality
  • Prioritize features based on complexity and business value

3. Client Deliverables

Upon completion of the audit, Client will receive:

3.1 Feasibility Report

  • Executive summary of findings
  • Technical assessment and recommendations
  • Risk analysis and mitigation strategies
  • Technology stack recommendations
  • Scalability and performance considerations

3.2 Development Budget

  • Detailed cost estimate for full development
  • Breakdown by feature set or development phase
  • Assumptions and clarifications

3.3 Project Timeline

  • Estimated development duration
  • Proposed project phases and milestones
  • Key dependencies and critical path items

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a thorough and accurate audit, Client agrees to provide:

  • All available source code and repositories
  • Design files, mockups, or wireframes
  • Project documentation, notes, and specifications
  • Any third-party integrations or API requirements
  • Target launch timeline (if applicable)
  • Any other materials relevant to understanding project vision and current state

Submission Method: All materials should be submitted via email to info@dovito.com or through a shared repository link (GitHub, Google Drive, etc.).

5. Timeline

  • Delivery: 5-8 business days from payment receipt and materials submission
  • Start Date: Upon receipt of payment and all required materials
  • Communication: Updates will be provided via email throughout the audit process

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Upon invoice receipt, prior to audit commencement
  • Payment Methods: ACH, credit card, or other methods as specified on invoice
  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable once audit work has commenced

7. Post-Audit Process

Following delivery of audit findings:

  • Client may schedule a consultation call to discuss findings (no additional charge)
  • Should Client wish to proceed with development, a separate SOW and agreement will be executed
  • Audit findings remain valid for 90 days; significant changes to scope or requirements may require re-assessment
  • No obligation to proceed with Dovito Business Solutions for development

8. Limitations

This audit does NOT include:

  • Active development or coding work
  • Deployment or hosting services
  • Ongoing maintenance or support
  • Project management beyond the audit phase
  • Training or documentation creation

9. Confidentiality

All materials provided by Client will be treated as confidential and protected under the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) accompanying this SOW.

10. Acceptance

By submitting payment for this Platform Audit service, Client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Statement of Work.

This Statement of Work is governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Dovito Business Solutions, Ltd. and Client. In the event of any conflict between this SOW and the MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
