Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") applies to everyone who uses Systematics or any other product, platform, deliverable, or hosted service that Dovito® Business Solutions, Ltd. ("Dovito") provides (together, the "Services"). It is part of the Systematics Terms of Service and the Master Services Agreement. "You" means the customer and each person using the Services under its account. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in those agreements.

This AUP describes customer conduct. Dovito's internal rules for its own personnel are in its internal security policies.

1. Illegal, Harmful, and Infringing Use

You will not use the Services to:

1. Violate any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so.
2. Infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
3. Store, send, or generate child sexual abuse material, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
4. Threaten, harass, stalk, defame, or intimidate anyone, or promote violence or terrorism.
5. Engage in fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, deceptive trade practices, or impersonation of any person or organization.
6. Discriminate unlawfully on the basis of a protected characteristic.
7. Sell or promote illegal goods or services, or goods or services in violation of platform or carrier rules.

2. Security and Integrity

You will not:

1. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or bypass security or authentication, without Dovito's prior written permission.
2. Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, including other customers' data.
3. Upload or transmit malware, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access.
4. Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services, including by denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests beyond published rate limits.
5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, model weights, system prompts, or agent configurations, except where law expressly permits despite this restriction.
6. Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services except through the APIs and MCP endpoints Dovito provides and in accordance with their documentation.
7. Share account credentials, or let more people use the Services than your seats allow.
8. Circumvent billing, usage limits, seat counts, feature gates, or access controls.

3. Data

You will not:

1. Submit personal data you do not have the right to collect and use, or without giving the notices and obtaining the consents the law requires.
2. Submit protected health information unless you have signed a Business Associate Agreement with Dovito covering it.
3. Submit full payment card numbers or card security codes except through Dovito's designated payment processor.
4. Submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, biometric data, or precise geolocation except through features specifically designed to collect that data and with a lawful basis.
5. Use the Services to build profiles of individuals for surveillance, or to sell or broker personal data.

4. Messaging and Communications

You will not use the Services to:

1. Send SMS, calls, voicemail, or email without the consent the law requires, including prior express written consent for marketing texts and calls under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
2. Send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or internal do-not-contact lists in violation of law.
3. Send messages outside legally permitted hours for the recipient's location, or fail to honor opt-out requests promptly.
4. Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages with false or misleading headers, sender identities, or subject lines.
5. Use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists.
6. Record or transcribe communications without the notices and consents the law requires.

5. AI Features and Agents

You will not use AI Features or agents to:

1. Make or execute decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, including decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or access to essential services, without meaningful human review and all notices and rights the law requires.
2. Provide medical, legal, or financial advice to others as though it were given by a licensed professional.
3. Impersonate a real person, or deceive people about whether they are communicating with an AI system where disclosure is required by law or would be expected.
4. Generate content that is sexually explicit, depicts real people without consent, or creates deceptive deepfakes.
5. Create or distribute election or political disinformation, or content designed to manipulate people through deception.
6. Develop weapons, including biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons, or malware or cyberattack capability.
7. Operate critical infrastructure, medical devices, vehicles, or any system where failure could cause death, injury, or serious property or environmental damage.
8. Train, fine-tune, or distill a model that competes with the Services or with the third-party models the Services use, using the Services' output.
9. Violate the usage policies of the AI providers the Services use, which Dovito may identify in the Service and which apply to your use of AI Features.

You will not configure agents to take actions in systems of record, such as accounting, payroll, banking, or tax systems, without appropriate permissions, testing, and oversight. Dovito may limit or disable Agent Actions it reasonably believes pose a risk of harm.

6. Third-Party Platforms

You will not use the Services, including connectors and automations, to access, extract, or act in a Third-Party Service in a way that violates that service's terms, or to access an account you do not own or have authority to control.

7. Rewards, Referrals, and Commerce

You will not create duplicate accounts, self-refer, manipulate referral tracking, generate points through refunds or chargebacks, or otherwise abuse promotions, points, wallet credits, or pricing.

8. Resale and Competitive Use

You will not resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide the Services, Store Content, or Dovito Materials to third parties except as your written agreement with Dovito expressly allows, or use them to build or benchmark a competing product for publication without Dovito's written consent.

9. Enforcement

Dovito may investigate suspected violations and may, at its discretion and without liability: remove or disable content; suspend or disable Agent Actions, connectors, messaging, or other features; suspend or terminate accounts or Users; and report violations to law enforcement, carriers, or affected third parties. Dovito is not obligated to monitor your use of the Services, and its failure to act on a violation is not a waiver. You will cooperate with any investigation and with carrier or platform inquiries about your use.

10. Reporting

Report suspected violations or abuse to legal@dovito.com with the subject "AUP Report." Report security vulnerabilities to the same address with the subject "Security Report."

11. Changes

Dovito may update this AUP on the notice terms stated in the Systematics Terms of Service. Changes addressing new legal requirements, new features, or emerging abuse may take effect immediately.
